DJ Elvira is a Venezuelan born Latin DJ that "spins" Pure Salsa at Nell's on Wednesdays. She has "spun" at the Copacabana nightclub and at the Congreso Bacardi de la Salsa, as well as El Flamingo, Bistro Latino, SOB's, Club Monaco, "Side Street, Parlour Cafe and Exchange Club, Mambo at China Club. In addition she has "spun" at various London salsa venues. She randomly spins in the DC area.
