Dc Salsa Congress was held in Virginia (ha ha) but people had a lot of fun and danced ALOT! There were plenty of vendors to include artwork, jewelry, dance shoes, dance clothing, t-shirts, CDs and DVD's. If you have never tried a congress we recommend it! The workshops are helpful and entertaining and its nice to be around other people who love the same thing you love!
