Grace and Hugo Badillo are the founders of Dancing With Grace Productions, Inc. They both began teaching nearly 10 years ago and have trained and continue to train with some of the leading professional dancers in the nation and internationally including Joby Martinez (Salsa Brava) , Eddie Torres (King of Mambo Dance) , Tito Ortos (Puerto Rican Style Expert and Creator of the Salsa Open Contest at The Puerto Rican Salsa Congress), Jorge Santana (African Dances Expert). Roberto Lira

Roberto Lira is a Mexican born at a young age who started dancing Mexican Styles as Norteño music, Ranchera and Cumbia sonidera. He was part of Dance Groups in school festivals, quinceañeras, and family events. He also participated in amateur competitive team sports since he was 7 years old including Soccer, Basketball and his favorite Volleyball. He also trained in Bodybuilding when he was in Vocational School in Mexico City. He had the ability and patience to learn the fundamentals and techniques of every sport he played, giving him the opportunity to be an assistant coach on many teams. After he moved to Washington, DC in the mid 90's, he was attending a Latin festival sponsored by the Smithsonian Museum, when a couple of friends saw him dancing Texano music. They then invited him to go to a Salsa venue and after that night he became captivated by LA style. As he was trying to learn the principles and techniques of the dance, he noticed that many instructors were not able to explain the moves step by step until he met Grace Badillo, President of Dancing With Grace Productions, a well recognized dance instructor nationwide. Her ability to explain and break down every move in great detail is what got Roberto's attention. Once he learned DWG's standards and mission in dance, he decided to join the company to help people in need through dance. Roberto believes that the skills GOD gave him can be use to bring joy and happiness to other people. Roberto has trained with many of the best in the Dance world. Some of his favorites are Francisco Vazquez (LA Style), Joby Brava (co-creator of LA Style), Eddie Torres (King of Mambo Style) and Oscar Rosseaux (Afro-cuban Master instructor). Roberto keeps learning other styles of dance to become a better dancer but most importantly to be a better instructor as well. He strongly believes that he can learn something new every day and promotes humility in dance. Roberto believes that every man should dance to every lady's level and make her feel like the best dancer on the dance floor.
