Purchased items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days from the shipping date together with a copy of the original receipt. No return or exchange is accepted after this period. It is recommended to insure all returned items, since we cannot give credit for lost shippment. We are not responsible for shipping charge on returns and exchanges. All dance shoes for exchange or refund must be unworn and completely unsoiled. Soiled shoes or shoes with any mark cannot be returned for credit, refund, or exchange.
We will refund the payment for the purchased items only. Any shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Custom Orders Are Not Returnable
Custom orders are not returnable. A custom order is any deviation from the stock shoes, such as change in heel height, color, fabric and narrow or wide widths.

Once the shoes have been received and it has been confirmed that the shoes are in perfect condition, we will proceed to either exchange them or process the requested refund. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
